Misc Pictures

I had some random pictures on my camera that were just too cute to not post. Hope you enjoy!!
I walked in on Colby the other day, "exercising". He took my pilates stuff out of the closest and turned on the dvd. You can't see the tv very good but he is actually following along with the lady. It was so funny, I had to take a picture. The ninja turtle slippers really adds to the workout outfit, don't ya think?
I just love the way Peyton sleeps, his arms are always above his head. He looks so comfortable.

Sorry Tyler, you were sleeping so you weren't in these pictures. Bryan and Colby always want their picture taken with Peyton.

Pineview Swimming!!

Rob had the day off today so we decided to take the boys to Pineview and go swimming. It was so much fun!! There was maybe 3 other groups on the entire beach. It was the perfect time to go. The boys had a blast even though the water was a little cold. It was really warm outside so they didn't mind it. Even I got in!! That is a rare thing when the water is too cold. Colby loved building a sandcastle with daddy and Bryan loved running into the water and splashing everyone around him. Tyler kept making me nervous cause he would go into the water and just keep going, then start swimming to Rob. But he's not the best swimmer so it would make him nervous sometimes too. And Peyton just sleep the whole time, of course. We're going to try and go a couple more times this year before it gets too cold, maybe next time we'll take them camping. They love to camp!!

Attention all readers. . .

Okay, so now that the Twilight series is over I am in desperate need of a good book. If anyone has read a good book lately that they think I would like, I would love to know about it. I love reading but hate to buy a book that might not be very good. So any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks!!!

Wednesday night fun / first brotherly fight

I thought I would do a post on my boys favorite tradition that we do. TV dinner night!!! They love it!! They love going to the store and picking out whichever one they want. It seems like they ask me every day, "is today tv dinner night". Bryans has a couple of favorites, spaghetti and meatballs, pizza sticks or fish sticks. Colbys is, of course, macaroni and cheese. And Tylers is probably either macaroni and cheese or spaghetti. And also I thought I would comment on our first brotherly fight that ended in blood. Of course we get fights all the time, who wouldn't with three boys. But today we actually got a bloody nose. It started when Tyler threw a Mickey Mouse figure at Colbys head. Not sure why he did, he just thought it was a good idea I guess. Well, for the first time in Colbys life, he fought back. He punched Tyler right in the nose!! I couldn't believe it. Colby is not violent at all, let alone punching Tyler in the nose. It of course ended in a bloody nose, Bryan freaking out, and Colby feeling really bad when I was trying to calm Tyler down. I made them hug and make up. Then they went and played Lincoln Logs together. I guess boys don't stay mad very long?

Tyler mostly just sucked the sauce off the raviolis. As you can see on his face.
Colby wasn't hungry, so he thought it would sit in his shoe box during dinner??
Bryan ate all of his and all of Colbys. He must have been really hungry?

Baby Peyton!!!

Wow!!! I can't believe that Peyton is almost 6 weeks old. It has definatley flown by. He is still such a good baby. I don't know how I got so blessed with four boys that are so sweet and adorable?!? They all still adore Peyton and love to hold him and help mommy with him. Especially Tyler, he is such a good big brother. I am so proud of him. If he ever doesn't see where Peyton is, he gets really worried and has to search around the house until he finds him. Then he will come and tell me that baby is sleeping (just in case I was worried about him too!)

Sprinklers are AWESOME!!

Yeah, we finally got our sprinklers working this weekend. Thanks dad for coming over and helping for so long. He's a pro when it comes to this stuff. We thought we just had to replace a couple of valves. But of course once you fix one thing something else goes wrong, and wrong again. Then wrong again. Well, we finally got everything fixed. And our grass is already starting to look greener. I'm so excited that I don't have to water by hand anymore!!!

All tuckered out

Tyler just came downstairs and told me he wanted milk. That means he's tired and wants to take a nap. Well, of course I had to finished blogging so I told him to wait two minutes while I finished. Sure enough, two minutes later I turn around and this is what I found. Apparently he couldn't wait for me. His shirt is all wet on the front because he was playing in the sprinklers, not because his diaper is soaking wet like it might look like. I am a good mom, I promise!

New Sand Box!!!

We built the boys a sand box a couple of months ago but never got around to putting sand in it. Well, we finally did that yesterday. Today the boys have spent pretty much all day out there playing in it. Poor Rob hurt his knee though while shoveling it in there. It bugs him every couple of months ever since high school, but yesterday was especially bad. He's at the dr right now, but I'm sure he's going to have to go to a specialist and get surgery. Poor guy!! Anyways, here's a couple of pictures of Bryan and Colby in the sandbox. Tyler wanted me to get a picture of him on his airplane too.

We're still having sprinkler issues, thats why the grass is dead in a couple of places. It is getting better though. So maybe by next year we'll get everything fixed and have green grass. Wish us luck!!

Zoo with Grandma and Grandpa!

We got to go to the zoo again with Grandmas work yesterday. It was really fun because we got to go in when the zoo was closed to everyone else, so there wasn't very many people there. And they got to go on the carousel and train as many times as they wanted to. They also served us hamburgers and hots dogs, that of course the boys loved!
Here's one of the boys by the spider monkeys!! Colbys favorite of course!!
Then they had to get a picture by "Donkey Kong"

Tyler loved that the gorilla was so close!!
Tylers our very own King Kong!!

1st tubbie!

Peyton didn't really like his first big tubbie experience. He pretty much cried the whole time. Then when I got him out he liked it. Tyler thought he needed to get in the tubbie too. He didn't care that he still had his clothes on.

Zoo with Nana and Papa!

Last Thursday we went to the zoo with Nana, Papa, Tiffany, Dan and Kate. The boys had a lot of fun. It was kind of hot but they still liked it. Tylers favorite part was definitely the bird show. He kept "oohh and awwwing" with the crowd. And when the birds would fly really close to your heads he would start laughing really hard. Bryans favorite part was riding the wolf on the new carousal. Nana even bought him a stuffed wolf that he now sleeps with every night. Colby loved the monkeys of course. He even wanted us to take a picture of him in front of the monkey.

Breaking Dawn is Great!!

For those who haven't read it yet, I won't spoil anything. I'll just say that it was really good. It starts out kindof wierd but the ending was really good. Thanks again to my mom who watched my boys on Saturday so I could stay home and read it. If it wasn't for Peyton giving me breaks every couple of hours I probably would have read it all night long and not realized it. I can't wait to read it again, I'm sure I missed a lot of things cause I read it so fast!

Reading is GREAT!!

This was one of those moments when you're not in the room and all of a sudden your boys are really quite. So you think "for sure they are getting into trouble, they are never quite" Well, this is what I walked into, all of them reading a book. I thought it was so cute I had to take pictures.

Bryan was embarassed so he didn't want to look at the camera.
