GO PIRATES!!!

Bryan started T-ball this Monday. He was so CUTE!!! He did such a good job and was so excited when he scored two points. Rob was so sad he couldn't make it, he had to work and couldn't get it off. So grandpa brought his camera and recorded it for him. He's supposed to have another game tonight, hopfully it won't get rained out. He's really excited for it.

Disneyland Magic!!

We're back from Disneyland!! We had so much fun, I can't believe it went by so fast. The weather was perfect and the lines were really short. It couldn't have gone better. Bryans favorite ride was definitely Splash Mountain. I think he went on it like 4 times. And the wetter he got the more fun he had. Colbys favorite was Pirates and Peter Pan probably. He also loved taking pictures with the Disney characters. He was so excited that he got a picture with Jack Sparrow and Captain Hook. Bryan and Tyler didn't really like that part. Bryan cause he would get too shy and Tyler cause he was terrified of their big heads. The only one he didn't cry with was Minnie and Mickey Mouse. He loved all the rides except when it got dark or he got splashed on. And he loved hanging out with his cousins and showing off for them. I'll post pictures later, I just haven't had time to download them yet.

Calling all moms. . . . .

Okay moms with toddlers, I need some help. I've started to pack for Disneyland and I am struggling on what to bring for Tyler (17 months) on the airplane. Bryan will just play DS the whole time with Rob, Colby will probably color and look at books. But I'm not sure what to bring for Tyler. Its kindof late in the afternoon when we leave (4:00) so its too late for him to sleep. I thought about bringing his favorite food, marshmellows, but he'd probably eat the whole bag and then look like the stay puffed marshmellow boy when we landed. So if anyone has any suggestions I would really appreciate it!!!

Good News Wednesday!

5 DAYS TILL DISNEYLAND!!! That is definitely good news for us. Tyler and Colby both took a nap today at the same time. So I told Bryan that he had to sit in my bed and watch Lion King until it was over. And he did, so I got a nap too. I love it when that happens although it is few and far between. This morning I got in an organizing mood. I organized Tylers closet, changed out all the boys' winter clothes for summer clothes and even organized a couple of kitchen drawers. So its been a pretty productive day. And of course the best news of the day. . . . tv dinner night!! No dishes or cooking for Mommy, Yeah!!!

I went to check on the boys last night and this is what I found! Colby asleep on the floor?? I asked him this morning why he was sleeping on the floor and he just laughed and said it was more "comforble"??

Weekend Fun!

We had a pretty fun weekend. The boys are so excited because grandma and grandpa finally opened their pool. They were in it Friday, Saturday and Sunday. They love to swim. Bryan is a pro at swimming and loves to show off to everyone that will watch. Colby is getting the hang of it. I think he'll be on his own by the end of the summer. He likes to bounce off the bottom in the shallow end like a "tigger" And Tyler loves it too. He especially likes to get in and out and throw everything he sees outside the pool, inside the pool. He thinks its his job to throw all the toys in. But sometimes he throws things that aren't supposed to be in the pool like his diaper. He still thinks its funny. Saturday night me and Rob had our date night. We went to his favorite restaurant, Texas Road House, and then we went to see Ironman. It was really good, I definitely would recommend it. Rob started his long work schedule today at the Temple. He doesn't have a day off now until next Monday. But thats when we go to DISNEYLAND!! We're so excited!!!
