I had some mother-daughter fun this weekend given the fact that Rob had to work 12 hour shifts at work for Conference weekend. It was pretty busy for him with all the protesters and old people falling in the rain. Poor guy, I felt so bad for him because he was already starting to get a cold and then he had to work on Temple Square on Saturday and Sunday in the pouring rain. He enjoys his job though so he said it wasn't that bad, and they always feed him really good food. On Saturday we watched Conference and then we always go out to dinner during the Priesthood session. We were going to go to Mimi's Cafe but the boys started complaining that they wanted somewhere with a play place. So we ended up going to Burger King. Not my favorite but defiantly better then McDonald's. Sunday we watched more Conference and my mom finished up making the boys' Halloween Costumes. I think they turned out adorable!!
Ben Kenobi, Luke Skywalker or Mace Windew, depending on his mood and color of Light Saber!
those costumes are too cute. kys going to be a pirate because her and matt are constantly talking pirate so its a good fit. and no my job isnt in home its 1800 contacts im a shipping clerk at the distribution center. im really enjoying. im still doing acs from home as well. i just had to get another job because acs is just not paying good at all anymore. so i just had to do something else.
ReplyDeleteThose look awesome! I think that is the cutest yoda and ewok I have ever seen.
ReplyDeleteI love the costumes, Scotty wants us to be Star Wars characters also. I love it!
ReplyDeleteCUTE CUTE!! Love the little yoda costume! That is my hubbys fav!
ReplyDeleteOh my heck those are the cutest Halloween costumes EVER!! How clever is your mom...which my mom would do something like that. I seriously love them. That makes me laugh about Burger King instead of Mimis...guess when you have kids thats the way it goes.
ReplyDeleteYou win in the best Halloween costumes, those are darling, your mom did so great! So funny you went to Burger King, somehow my kids always end up winning the fight over where to go out to eat to. Though it's definitely a more calm meal when the kids are entertained and not suck sitting at a table.
