I love warm weather!!

I hope everyone had a great mothers day!! I know I did! Rob let me sleep in until 8:45 then I had breakfast waiting for me. Along with some very cute Mothers Day cards made by my boys. I was informed that Peyton ate his so I didn't get one from him. Rob got me a new Ipod shuffle so when we're swimming all summer we can listen to music too. I loved it!! Bryan gave me a great present too by singing the loudest during the primary sacrament song. He even knew the words to the whole song when all the other kids got really quiet because they forgot them. Colby was too nervous to go up, he said maybe when he's five he'll do it? That night we went to my moms house and had a BBQ. It was a great day!!
These are from Saturday, we had a BBQ that day too!!

Peyton had his very first Ice Cream Sandwich!! He loved it of course!!

Haircuts!!

So I thought that giving yourself a haircut was only a girl thing? Don't ask me why? Because the more I tell this story the more I hear that boys do it too. Well, the other day (probably about 30 mintues before I had to leave to take the boys to school) I go in out laundry room and find Bryan and Colby cutting their own hair!! I was pretty mad but not as mad as I would be if it was a little girls hair I guess. At that point I had about 25 minutes to hurry and buzz their hair so they didn't look funny at school. Bryan was so upset that I had to buzz it. He was afraid the kids at school would laugh at him. They didn't of course and now its just another funny story to tell them when they get older. And of course we had to buzz Tylers too so he didn't look funny with long hair. We cut Peytons also but not as short.
I also had to add this picture cause I thought it was cute! This is Bryan and Colbys new "hideout". They just like it because Tyler and Peyton can't reach them. And yes, it is on top of our washer. They like to climb through the window that goes into our kitchen. Weird layout, I know but the laundry room was an extention and they never took the window out.

Happy Easter!!

We had a great Easter this year!! The boys got spoiled as usual. And now we're all enjoying the great easter candy. The other day Tyler spilled some nerds in the kitchen. Peyton thought that was awesome and was getting mad at me when I was trying to sweep them up. He kept chasing after stray pieces that I didn't get with the broom!

Easter Egg Coloring Fun!!

The boys had a blast coloring Easter eggs. However, Peyton touched one when it was still a little warm so he kind of freaked out and wouldn't have anything to do with them again. The other day Bryan and Colby asked me if the Easter Bunny was real. I didn't want to lie to them because to me this is the most unreal character out of all the holidays. So I told them the truth, that it was just mommy and daddy. Does that make me a bad mom? They are still super excited for Easter and seeing what we got them, and finding the eggs that we're going to hide, so hopefully I didn't ruin the holiday for them! I also explained the real reason we celebrate Easter, so after that they thought the Easter bunny was kind of silly too!

Loving the sun!!! Hating the sick!!!

My boys were in heaven yesterday with the nice weather. They got mad everytime I asked them to come inside for something. Poor Tyler is still not feeling very well with his cold, so he didn't want to do much besides sit and sleep.
This is Tylers sick face :(
I even caught Peyton trying to sneek outside a couple of times.
And this is what I found this morning after being on the computer for a couple of minutes trying to get Bryans primary talk for Sunday. The baby chewing on a sword, Tyler fast asleep on the floor surrounded by every blanket I think we own. I'm still not quite sure what they were going for, but I kept hearing the words "disneyland, and airplane"?

Our "FUN" week!

This past week has been anything but "fun" thats for sure. I'll start from the beginning and try to remember everything that has happened. It started last Monday when I noticed Colby having really big, really yellow eye boogers. My kids have never had pink eye but I was pretty sure thats what it was. Tuesday morning, same thing with Bryan. Well, we made an appt for Tuesday to go see the doctor and get it fixed. Sure enough, pink eye. Colby also had some fluid in his ear but the dr wasn't sure how bad it was so he gave us a prescription just in case it got any worse. Wednesday Bryan is complaining that his ear is bothering him. By later that night, it was "killing him" (he's such a drama king) so I made Rob run to the store and fill Colbys antibiotic prescription to help it. I think me and Bryan got about 2 hours of sleep that night. He was up all night long saying his ear was hurting him. We had some ear numbing drops but apparently that wasn't helping very good. So we watched Bolt and Robin Hood all night long. And Rob works over night so it was just me and him. Fun huh!! Tyler and Peyton got the pink eye on Thursday. Sunday night Peyton wakes up every hour freaking out. He is normally an awesome sleeper so I knew something was wrong. Luckily Rob doesn't work on Sunday nights so I had some help this time. We took him to the dr yesterday and his ear drum ruptured!?! Poor kid. And now Tyler has a bad cold that he can't breathe through his nose at all, so he's walking around sounding like Darth Vader. He's not very good at blowing his nose yet so that doesn't help much. So I thought I would take a picture of all the medications and prescriptions I've been dealing with the last week.

We've got the eye drops, that I have to give each boy every six hours for the pink eye. Thats just loads of fun~~

The black lid numbing drops, heavenly!!

Peytons and Tylers Tylenol

Tylers saline nose drops to help his plugged up nose, also loads of fun

And Bryan and Peytons antibiotics, every morning and every night

Lets just say that without insurance and cafeteria plan money, we'd probably be in a lot of trouble!!

Easter Pictures!!

Finally!!! I got a cute one with all the boys smiling. Trust me, when you have four kids and you're trying to get them to all smile at the same time, its hard!!! But I think they turned out adorable!
