Exciting Day!!

We had a pretty eventful day yesterday. It started off with the boys Halloween party at their school. They loved that especially all the candy and goodies they got from their teachers. Then we went to my moms work for their trick-or-treat party. Tyler got started off a little rough because every time he got a new piece of candy he would want me to unwrap it so he could eat it. But then once he saw that his bucket was starting to fill up with more candy he figured it out. Then he was all about getting the candy and putting it in his bucket. Colby didn't like just getting one piece so he would take like 2 or 3 every time, needless to say he had the fullest bucket. Well, about 1/2 way through walking around Rob calls me and tells me he is on his way to the hospital. He got hurt at work and ended up fracturing his wrist. Luckily we were already in Salt Lake for my moms work so she dropped me off at the hospital and took our boys home with her. Good thing cause we were in their for four hours. He also hit his head when he fell :( Bryan wanted to take a picture of him, he was so worried when they dropped me off that daddy was really hurt, he wanted to go inside and see him. He's been watching too much Greys Anatomy with me. He probably thinks every time you go to the hospital something bad is going to happen!

Boys' Pictures

I just got back the boys school pictures and Peytons 3 month pictures! Enjoy!!!

Halloween Carnival

Last night was our wards Halloween carnival. I am so bummed because I forgot my camera. And since Rob had to be there early to help set up, I decided to walk there with the boys and the stroller. Well, I didn't realize I forgot to grab the camera until after we already got there, and I didn't want to walk back or haul all the kids into Robs truck. So sorry, no pictures. But the boys had a blast, everyone loved their costumes. They had all sorts of games and fun things for the kids to do. Bryans favorite was the bowling, Colbys was probably the cupcake walk. And Tyler just liked being able to wander where ever the most craziness stuff was going on. I lost him a couple of times but I always knew where to look because there would be tons of kids running around and being crazy and he loved being right in the middle of it. My girls from my primary class were great, they kept an eye on him and would always bring him back to me when we realized he was lost. The funniest part (which I was totally bummed about no camera) was all three boys trying to get a powder donut off of a string, on their knees and they couldn't use their hands. It was hilarious!! They almost had it but after a couple of minutes of trying, and kids behind them waiting their turn, I told them they could use their hands. Their faces were totally white from all of the powder.

Treehouse/pumpkin painting

I took the boys to the treehouse museum yesterday for their halloween party. The boys had such a fun time. It was a little hard for me though, they don't allow strollers in there so I had to carry Peyton everywhere. Then Tyler got tired at the end so he was really onry. They did story telling and made a fuzzy spider. Although I was informed that I made theirs look more like an ant then a spider. But they liked it anyways. Bryans and Colbys favorite part was the knights and castle, and Tylers was of course the candy they got.

And then last night we went to my parents house to paint their pumpkins. We decided to let them paint them this year because whenever we carve them they can't really help. So its me and Rob carving them, them watching for about 5 minutes and then getting bored and doing something else until we're done carving them. I'm glad to say that they enjoyed the painting A LOT more. They had so much fun. Tyler kept getting so excited and making everyone look at his and see what a good job he was doing. Then we got them in their costumes and took pictures with all the cousins. On a side note: Congrats to Maddy and Dustin, they told us last night that they are pregnant again!!

Brooklyn was more excited to paint her hands then her pumpkin.

He didn't paint any pumpkins of course, but he's just so cute I couldn't not take a picture of him.
Cute Bronco Cheerleader!!

Mia makes such a cute Tinkerbell don't you think!!

Corn Bellies!!!

Thanks Nana and Papa!! We had a blast at Corn Bellies last Saturday. The boys loved everything about it, especially the pig races and the corn maze. Tyler loved the big slides. After we left there we went to Ikea and got some winter blankets for the boys. Then went back to Nana and Papas for their ward Halloween party. They had all sorts of chili and salads and desserts. I'm not a big chili fan but they had really good corn bread. They did a bunch of little games for the kids and gave them candy. I even won a prize from the raffle drawing. After that we went back to their house and carved their pumpkins. It was definitely a busy day but they had a blast.

shhhh. . . peytons sleeping!!

We brought out the bumbo chair for Peyton the other day, then I had to clean the kitchen real quick so I left Bryan in charge of him. Well, I didn't hear Peyton talking and I could hear Bryan playing Nintendo so I went to investigate . . . and this is what I found.
Apparently he really likes his new chair cause he was sound asleep!!

I LOVE fall time!!!

We went to one of our FAVORITE places for fall today. We call it "the river", now I don't think that's the correct name but I'm not sure what it is. It is in Riverdale behind the Walmart. The boys love to go there, especially during fall time when all the leaves are changing. Its also the place that Rob proposed to me so its extra special for us!! (if you're thinking thats a wierd place to propose, we used to go there a lot when we were dating)

Pumpkin Pickin Fun!!

Here's a couple of pictures of the boys picking out their pumpkins this year. Its funny how much different my boys' personalities are. Bryan wanted the biggest, baddest pumpkin he could find. While Colby wanted one that he could carry himself so he was looking for a smaller one. And Tyler didn't really care, he just went along with whichever one Daddy suggested. I wonder how Peyton will end up being??

Toddler Time @ the Treehouse Museum

On Monday October 27th, The Treehouse Museum is doing Toddler Time for Halloween from 10-12. Admission is $3 for kids and $1 for adults. And you're suppose to wear your costume. I thought this sounded way fun so I wanted to tell everyone about it. My kids love that place and that price is really cheap!!

Poor Colby!

Colby ran into the wall last night and got a huge cut right below his eyebrow. But the worst part is that he has school pictures today!! Figures. . . . my boys always find ways to injure their faces right before pictures. Oh well, chicks dig scars!! He didn't want me to take his picture so its not a very good one. I'm going to try and clean it up as best as I can, so hopfully it won't be too bad in the school pictures.

Our funfilled Saturday!

Since the weather was so crappy today, we've spent most of the day inside. Rob and Bryan have been playing a new Lego Batman game we got them. Colby has found a new baby brother and Tyler has been chasing the dog all over the house. We've also made Raspberry Cinnamon rolls and Rice Krispie Treats. We've been bored!!! Needless to say I have gotten a lot of cute pictures.
Tyler only catches him a couple of times because he hides from him. But he loves it when he finally gets him, and always has to give him a big hug!

The first snow of the season. . .ugh!! I am so NOT ready for snow!!

The boys loved it though!!

Colby found this teddy bear at my parents house last night, he has named it Peter. And he has to do everything with it that I do with Peyton. It even has a diaper on that Colby has to continually change because he keeps pooping. I think its way cute!!!

I asked them to smile but Bryan informed me that "boys don't smile while playing Nintendo, mom".

And of course they have to help me with the raspberry jam, help me eat it more like it.
